With microneedling therapy from Ionto Comed, needling can be carried out with either plastic tips or steel needles. Both needle pads have a side opening for filling in active ingredients.

Important: The pads are safe & hygienic individually packaged disposables.

The pincushions are flexible & have a soft padding. So the pad adapts perfectly to the skin contour during microneedling!
With the plastic tips, 18 fine 0.5mm long tips gently penetrate the epidermis, allowing the cocktail of active ingredients to pass through the fine cannulas directly into the skin & to the basal layer.

Steel needles have a length of 0.7mm and the needle module has 6 specially ground needles on a tilting needle plate.
The penetration depth is scalable for both needle types & is max. 0.3mm for the plastic tips and 0.5mm for the steel needles due to the "umbrella effect".
The umbrella effect ensures that the skin yields, even when stretched.
The advantage of plastic tips is that even more sensitive skin can be treated with microneedling therapy. Steel needles are very good for treating skin problems such as acne marks/scars, bumps and wrinkles.

The precise technology - made in Germany - enables safe and effective work.

Controlled microneedling is a risk-free treatment, with no downtime!
